Just Peachy and Spice Smoothie

This recipe is adapted from an article in my local newspaper!

3/4 cup orange juice

1-inch piece of gingerroot, minced or grated

1/4 cup of soymilk, cow’s milk, or any other milk

2 ripe peaches, cut into chunks

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

6 ice cubes

Put first three ingredients into the blender and pulse. Add three remaining ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
