  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Soymilk
  • 1 Cup Red Grapes
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup crushed ice

Add soymilk and grapes to blender. You will have to blend several minutes at high speed to crush the grapes. Tiny pieces of grape skin are what make the ‘freckles’ or ‘sprinkles’ in this smoothie. Add protein powder and peanut butter. Blend for several minutes. Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula, and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend until ice is crushed.
