Smoothie Recipes for Kids

  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 8 peeled organic baby carrots
  • 1 Braeburn apple

Peel and core the apple, and cut into wedges. Add apple juice and carrots to blender. Blend for a couple of minutes until all carrot chunks are pulverized. Add apple slices and blend mixture until smooth. Serve immediately.
