- 1 cup of vanilla soymilk
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup graham crackers
- 4 oz. container of greek yogurt – honey flavor

- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
This smoothie is a tasty alternative to traditional blueberry cheesecake. Add the soymilk first, then the graham crackers. Blend until the graham crackers are pureed. Add yogurt, blueberries, and frozen banana. Blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
